Marko Mackovic - Founder, President
Marko Mackovic is the Founder of over 12 successful companies. He has served as General Manager, President or CEO for almost two decades. His portfolio includes a variety of businesses ranging from construction, retail sales, service, real estate holding, real estate development, and an investment group. He has developed his companies with attention to quality, customer service, and integrity. He prides himself on having the highest quality in product and customer service. The motto he lives by is “Treat others the way you want to be treated”. Whether it's spending time at his family farm or Volunteering/Coaching in all of his kids' sports and activities, he's happiest when he is with his family.

Dmitry Yesilevsky- Vice President
Dmitry Yesilevsky serves as Vice President at a EcoMod, leveraging over two decades of expertise in sales, business development, and team leadership. Known for driving top-line growth and operational excellence, Dmitry has consistently delivered results by developing high-performing teams and fostering strong client relationships. His experience spans industries, with a proven ability to expand market presence and build scalable strategies that align with business goals. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Dmitry is deeply committed to personal fitness and health, applying the same discipline and goal-oriented mindset that defines his career. He brings a holistic approach to leadership, emphasizing the importance of balance, resilience, and continuous improvement, both in business and life. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time in nature with his family and dog.

Adis Lutvic - Director of Supply Chain Operations
Adis is an accomplished leader with over 20 years of expertise in supply chain management. His career spans a wide range of disciplines, including warehouse operations, purchasing and distribution, inventory and logistics management, and global shipping to over 150 countries. Adis is known for driving operational efficiency, optimizing complex supply chain networks, and delivering results with a focus on precision and customer satisfaction. Adis’s leadership style is rooted in strategic planning, continuous improvement, and collaboration. He takes pride in building cohesive teams and implementing innovative solutions that align with organizational goals.
Outside of his professional achievements, Adis is a dedicated father and husband, spending family time fishing and enjoying nature.
